[His Divine Grace chants, 'Radha-bhajane yadi', 'Radhika-charana-padma', 'Radhe Radhe Govinda' and the Hare Krishna maha-mantra.]

We must never say casually, 'Radhe! Radhe!' – we must not take Radharani's Name anywhere and everywhere. But when we come here, to Sri Varsana, we can chant, 'Radhe Govinda! Radhe Govinda!' We can do it here.

[Finishing kirtans His Divine Grace speaks briefly] By the mercy of Sri Gurupadpadma, by the mercy of Srila Guru Maharaj, we have come to Sri Varsana Dham. This is the house of King Vrishabhanu, and the place where Srimati Radharani lived. Actually, She was born in Ravel. The day when we go to Gokula and Mahavan from Vrindavan, we will visit Ravel, too. When Nanda Maharaj left Gokula and came to live in Nandagram, Raja Vrisabhanu left too, and he settled here, at Sri Varsana. This hill is called Varsanu Parvat.

Jay Radharani ki jay.
Vrishabhanu Raja ki jay.
Kirtida Mayi ki jay.

Srimati Radharani's Name is actually Kirtika-nandini, the daughter (nandini) of Sri Kirtika Devi. She is the daughter of Raja Vrishabhanu and Kirtida Devi. How did She get Her Name 'Radha'? 'Radha' means She who has done the best and highest worship (aradhana) of Krishna.

The glory of Srimati Radharani was revealed in this world by Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu. Her glories are not described directly in Srimad Bhagavatam, but when Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu came to this world, He revealed Her glory widely. This is how we all know about Her now. You have heard us chant Radharani's service kirtan just now:

রাধা-ভজনে যদি মতি নাহি ভেলা ।
কৃষ্ণ-ভজন তব অকারণ গেলা ॥

radha-bhajane yadi mati nahi bhela
krsna-bhajana tava akarana gela

'If you did not become devoted to the worship of Srimati Radharani, your worship of Krishna was in vain.'

Without service to Srimati Radharani, it is impossible to come to Krishna, and if you are to approach Srimati Radharani, you must accept chaste submission to Her girlfriends: Lalita, Visakha and others, especially Sri Rupa Manjari. If you can do that, then you can come to Sri Radhika.
