"Anya abhilasa chhadi" (অন্য অভিলাষ ছাড়ি)—we must leave all other desires. In our line and practising life, it is necessary to have chastity, and it is very difficult to have it. Gurudev also says that you will not get even 1-2% of devotees who have chastity—it is very rare to get a devotee who has much chastity for their Guru.

Did ** go to Govardhan?

—No, did not...

I asked to him, "Can you go to Govardhan?" It is the highest place of service, but he said he would not go there because it was too cold.... But when Mahaprabhu told Sanatan Goswami and Rupa Goswami to go to Govardhan, Vrindavan, they did not say like this. When Mahaprabhu said to them, "This is your place, go there," He did not make a house for them there, but Gurudev made a good house, good heater, etc.—he made everything for us. Still, when I told one servitor, "Can you go to Vrindavan, Govardhan, to serve there?" he said it was too difficult and cold there in January. Do you see?

To serve in Govardhan is very fortunate, it is a great fortunate actually. I have not got that kind of fortune. Service at Govardhan, service of Giriraj is the highest place. Bhaktivinod Thakur and Prabhupad said, "I will not stay in Radha Kunda. I will go to Radha Kunda every day, but I will stay in Govardhan."

The devotee who will stay in Govardhan now is not a simple person. He did service to me, he served Gurudev continuously for one year, he has spent so much time here with me, and when I was not here he was alone here and tolerated so much, so many difficulties during those three months—he took care of my room, etc. That is why he has got this opportunity now. I know why, I can understand it. There were many names on the list and his name was the last one, but all are gone and he has got this chance, he is going to Govardhan and will do puja of Giriraj. It is not a small fortunate (alpa-bhagya), it is a great fortune.
