I am paying a full obeisance at my Divine Master Om Vishnupad Jagad-Guru Srila Bhakti Sundar Govinda Dev-Goswami Maharaj's lotus feet and I am paying my obeisance to all my Guru-varga, all the godbrothers and godsisters, all the well-wishers, all of my friends, as well as all of the devotees all over the world. I am paying my humble obeisance to you all.

Actually, we must understand what we have got this human body for, what is necessary for this human body, how we shall utilise this body. These are the main things.

bahunam janmanam ante, jnanavan mam prapadyate
vasudevah sarvam iti, sa mahatma sudurlabhah

Absolute surrender unto the lotus feet of Sri Krsna is the purpose of knowledge (jnana) the great soul who realizes this truth is exceedingly rare—

"Having passed through many lifetimes of assiduous spiritual practices, by the influence of sadhusanga, the association of saints, one attains to knowledge of My identity, and thus surrenders utterly unto Me. Thereafter, he reaches Me, and realises that everything without exception is related to Vasudeva, and thus everything that be is of the nature of Vasudeva. Such a great soul is exceedingly rare."

We have been practising and practising birth after birth and finally have got some good association; as a result of that association we can now surrender to the Lord and then reach the proper place—we can get Him. We can now understand that everything created and everything happening in this world is related to the Lord. It is impossible to understand this without sadhu-sanga. That is why good association is so necessary—you can get proper advice through good association, and you can become a proper sadhu, that is a proper servant of Vaishnavs through that. Without the association and advice of a proper, perfect sadhu, you cannot realise proper things. This is the main thing about spiritual life. Proper guidance of a proper Vaishnav, a proper, perfect sadhu is the main thing—if you get such guidance, then it is possible to understand everything about spiritual life. Everything comes from the sadhu. The sadhu will always tell you what you should do, what is your duty.

mach-chita mad-gata-prana, bodhayantah parasparam
kathayantas cha mam nityam, tusyanti cha ramanti cha

My male or female servitors, who have dedicated their entire lives to Me and taken full shelter in Me, mutually assist one another in a manner befitting their respective internal devotional aptitudes. They eternally relish conversing about Me, the satisfaction of serving Me, and the nectar of devotion culminating in My divine consorthood—

These are the symptoms of these exclusive devotees:

"With heart and soul dedicated unto Me, they constantly exchange their devotional ecstasies while conversing about Me. By such hearing and chanting, in the stage of practice (sadhana) they enjoy the happiness of devotion; and in the stage of perfection (sadhya), that is, in the achievement of divine love (prema), they relish up to the mellow of My intimate relationship in divine consorthood, in the free spontaneity of Vraja."

That is an extremely high conception. It is the essence.

Becoming Haridas
'The main problem is that everybody wants to be a Haridas, but nobody wants to be a dasanudas (servant of the servants), nobody wants to be a Gurudas (servant of the Guru), nobody wants to be a Vaishnavdas (servant of the Vaishnavs)...'


'He is the beloved of Sri Radha and enjoys in the forest groves. He holds the flute and lifts the Govardhan Hill!'

Examine yourself, 'Is the taste for Hari-katha, Krishna-katha coming to me or do I think more about other things?'
