I can give you all one example today.

You know that since Srila Sridhar Maharaj's times we have been doing the kartik parikrama—Srila Sridhar Maharaj himself did it, Gurudev did it, I myself did this parikrama and I am still continuing it (this year, 2012, we are also going to the kartik parikrama).

Once, a brahmachari, one of Gurudev's disciples, wanted to do some programme there at this time (July). I told him, "What is the necessity? It is not necessary." He said, "Oh, some devotees want to go Vrindavan now, it is jhulan purnima, and also Janmastami is coming soon, they wanted to go to Vrindavan for this time." I told him again it was not necessary to go there at this time, but he said he had already bought the tickets, and seeing that he was so adamant about it (that he wanted to go no matter what), in the end I said, "OK, you can go."

Then, last night, at 2 a.m. they were coming from Mathura station to Vrindavan by an auto rickshaw, and they had an accident. As a result, four-five devotees flew outside the auto rickshaw (the rickshaw was run over and upturned, and it rolled on the road), they broke their hands, hurt their heads, etc.

I told him not to leave the Nabadwip temple now—Sripad Tyagi Maharaj had just left for Germany, and there was so much service in Nabadwip, but they always run independently, they come and go on their own, and I am also telling them strongly, "Get out!" After the accident, that brahmachari said to me, "Oh, Maharaj, we went there without your permission, please forgive my offence!" I told him, "This is not an offence to me—it was not Srila Sridhar Maharaj's desire that you go there."

We never go to Vrindavan on jhulan purnima, we never celebrate the jhulan-yatra (the swing festival of Radha-Krishna)—it is sahajiyas' style and conception, it not our conception. We do not do this, but you went there, so maybe Srila Sridhar Maharaj did not like it, that is why something happened...
