Painful Day

His Divine Grace Om Vishnupad
Srila Bhakti Nirmal Acharya Maharaj
Kolkata, speaking online to
devotees in São Paulo (Brazil),
7 April 2019

Our Gurudev's disappearance festival is very soon, that day is coming soon, next dvadasi...

It is a very sad day for me. It is the most painful day in my life, and this very painful day comes every year. I do not have the words to describe what kind of pain I got that day... But in another way, on this day I am trying to serve the devotees, to give them some prasadam, to make a festival remembering Gurudev—in this way, it is also my happiness. I try to make myself a little happy—if I can serve devotees, if I can make them happy, that is my happiness.

I am also look at all the Brazilian devotees and I want to say to you all—do not be disheartened, do not be discouraged. Always think that Krishna is always with you, Gurudev is always with you. Do not be discouraged—read Gurudev's books, read Gurudev's scriptures, listen to Gurudev's lectures. It will bring benefit to your spiritual life.

Again and again we do Nabadwip Dham Parikrama, but how much can we use
ourselves for the service to the Guru, Vaishnavs, and Bhagavan?
