e ghora-samsarepadiya manava
na paya duhkhera sesa
sadhu-sanga kari'hari bhaje yadi
tabe anta haya klesa [1]

A person who has fallen into this terrible world never ceases to suffer. If you associate with sadhus and serve Hari, however, your suffering comes to an end.

visaya analejvalichhe hrdaya
anale badaye anala
aparadha chhadi'laya krsna-nama
anale padaye jala [2]

A fallen soul burns in the ever-increasing fire of mundanity. Avoiding offences, chant Krsna's Name. This pours water on the fire.

nitai-chaitanya-charana-kamale
asraya la-ila yei
kali dasa balejivane marane
amara asraya sei [3]

Kali Das says, "Anyone who has taken shelter of Nitai and Chaitanya's lotus feet is my shelter, in life and in death."

Birth and Death: No Fear
'Who can stop the one who has got mercy of Krishna? I did not personally serve my mother, but Krishna served her. Gurudev told me, 'If you serve Vaishnavs, Krishna will come and serve you,' and I believe it 200%. If you want relief from birth, death, disease, and old age problems, you must practise Krishna consciousness properly.'
