Sad news:
With a saddened heart we are bound to inform the devotee family of Sri
Chaitanya Saraswat Math that on the holy day of Sri Sivaratri this world
forever became bereft of the auspicious association of Sripad Yudhamanyu
Prabhu Seva Vikram. The glory of his victorious service is renowned and shall
forever be remembered and worshipped.

Tue, 28 February 2017:
All glory to Sri Guru and Sri Gauranga
Dear devotees,
Please accept my humble obeisance.
Now that our recent festival for the inauguration of Sri Chaitanya
Saraswat Math’s new Temple in Tarakeshwar has been completed with grand
success, I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere admiration
for Sri Yudhamanyu Prabhu Seva Vikram. His passing is a cause of sadness
for us all, and I am especially sorry to be late in offering something in
glorification of him.
Yudhamanyu Prabhu Seva Vikram was dear to every member of our Mission. He
has set a great example for everyone of what it means to be servitor of
Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math. Srila Gurudev’s extreme fondness and mercy
towards him were clearly evident to everyone, and many devotees from
around the world cared for him as a close personal friend. He has been
regularly visiting India for many years, and I have had the fortune of
personally observing his sincere and humble mood of service.
Yudhamanyu Prabhu’s seva in China was incomparable. His complete
dedication and success in fulfilling the desire of Srila Gurudev
illustrates to us all the essence of spiritual life.
I feel I have no words to describe my heart at the news of this passing of
another of Srila Gurudev’s beloved and stalwart associates. It is a great
loss for our Mission, and I pray that devotees will step forward in the
void of his absence to continue the service of Srila Gurudev’s Mission and
all that he took so much care to establish. I also hope that devotees will
pray for Sri Yudhamanyu Prabhu’s family and personal friends at this
difficult time. Krishna has taken Yudhamanyu Prabhu into His personal care
now, and we cannot but accept Krishna’s divine will with our heads bowed.
Your faithful servant,
Swami B. N. Acharya
